To ensure optimal service and availability for all our clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 25% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your account. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in allowing us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate every client.
To respect the time of our clients and staff, we ask that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. We completely understand that unforeseen delays happen, so we offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled. This is considered a late cancellation, and a fee of $20 or will be applied.
